Like the ideal of Detroit once was the "Paris of America" and set it up in a night like club environment that me and my friends went and worked called "Dirty Martini" real people in their playground land set in a Paris moulin rouge fantasy. That's what these pieces are about.
-A place where you dress and look to appearing to the opposite sex. i want to tell a story thought my eyes to these painting of a underground scene thought the eyes of people who live it, see it, hear it, and felt it for there way of being a member of the VIP class. Mid class to high class, goals are made of being a nobody to being part of that image of glamorous for the superficial visually appealing people wanting to be part of the "in crowd". the scene have became a way of living. where the beautiful likes to party can be a very ugly. In a this modernistic American society of fitting in, being a member of a general public life that informed the night walkers to a world of what's going on in a social scene. Fitting in that hot environment that features the hottest people, the elements of music to the popular crowd, drinks that ordinary folks could never imagine, to the slick lounge, bar and having money like no other.
